i cant slp...n my head is killing mi...dunno y..very painful...something wrong? i dunno..my the main thing is i cant slp!!
at this time i usually very tired...need to be in bed le..but i cant slp...yesterday also like tat..once i lie on the bed..i got difficulty in breathing...
last time young..even i got asthma..i still can slp thru the nite one..nw...each time i lie on bed...i find tat i got prb in breathing..need to breathe in air..then felt choke with phelm...then i start to cough n have running nose... like tat hw am i going 2 slp?? sian
sometimes, i think tat..being single is gd..so the partner wont have to worry for u...especially u dunno when the attack might occur. but of cos..family members will worry la..mus stay happy..so not so easily get it..
however, i usually occur when i sick=> typically sickness like cough, flu, sore throat..sian..after so long nv really occur..why suddenly gone so bad leh?
today off day....so i went to polyclinic to see doc for medication...
then i found out i ganna asthma attack again...after so many yrs...
spend so much time in the clinic...frm 9.40-1.40pm (including taking medication).
- waited 4 doc for 1hr 15 min
- went nursing area to use electric 'inhealer' (known as COU), spent 1/2 hr at least
- then go care manager for 'consulation'
- then back to see the doc..
by the time i come back hm..i dun have much time left for mi to eat b4 i go for my drving lesson.
So tired...
workin everyday these days till 12 plus then reach hm...cos abt 15 ppl resign within these 2 months....many ppl clearing their leave..n ppl leaving...so little ppl doin closing...end up by the time we pack...its 11.30pm....sian
then mi these days auto will wake up ard 7 plus-8plus...where got enough slp..even i got off day...like no diff lor..
having...backache...sian...
last sat got sec gathering @ yi fang's house. Initially we wanted to have bbq..hower yi fang did not manage to book the pit at her place..(nw i think back...i should try my luck at my 6th uncle house's bbq pit..cos they ask us to use the pit..cos they seldom got the chance to use it...how forgetful i am). but anyway...overall was fun..
abt total 15 of us there...nv really count...let mi recall who was there...yi fang(host), holly, xue ni, serene, jing fang, ru wei, kai jian, mattew, ming shi, xing zhan, 3 more cant recall the name at the moment(die le..if they c..they will kill mi.. ;p) n plus mi...
when i reach yi fang's place..i met mattew, kai jian n jing fang there..they waiting for ru wei, tak seng they all to reach..then we went up together..
the 1st thing when we reach..was yi fang n her mother..who ask us each of us to eat the jelly (jelly with long gan inside) she made...
food...let mi recall wad we had...curry, french loaf, beef stew, cream puff, fruit tarts, beehon, pasta, chicken pie.
after dinner..we went to yi fang's rm to play LIFE (holly) n MONOPOLY (mine). kai jian play the piano..then after tat we watch/look at the pic tat yi fang's had when she went taiwan with her friends..
then we sit down chit chat...abt army life style they had....the difference of the 2 camp..the canteen for example...camp 1 like camp 2's canteen. camp 2 like the camp 1's cateen.. we chitchat till 1plus..lol..lost track of time. N i found out something... Don, hong chee, n yi fang's friend..are in cuger(dunno hw they spell). wad a small world..
then ru wei n kai jian sent us back.. kaijian- mattew, serene n jing fang. ru wei- mi n tak seng..
